IoT-Enabled Machine Link Development for FourJaw Manufacturing
Founded in 2019, FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics help manufacturers to monitor the performance of their Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. FourJaw delivers data-driven manufacturing analytics, providing tangible benefits to manufacturers’ bottom line and shop floors.
FourJaw needed a solution to connect modern ethernet-based manufacturing machines (e.g., CNC machines) and retrofitted equipment using CT clamps, (current transformers that are attached to cables in order to measure the current and determine power usage), enabling real-time data collection and analysis.
Following a discovery session, The Curve designed a hardware and software architecture capable of capturing machine data at the edge and securely transmitting it to the cloud for analysis. The solution also included a suite of fleet management tools for improved monitoring and operational efficiency.
This solution empowers manufacturers with data-driven insights, enhancing efficiency and productivity across operations.
