We have built solutions with partners across various industries, from B2C organisations to charities and NHS trusts, challenging assumptions and crafting solutions the right way. In doing so, we’ve become one of Sheffield’s most trusted and experienced software development and consultancy specialists.

CEO Paul Ridgway has over 10 years of experience at CEO & CTO level, managing teams of up to 80+ developers and technical professionals. Paul operates successfully at all levels of business working with developers, product teams, leaders, and executives.
James Ridgway
Founder and CTO
With over 10 years of experience in development and technical consulting, James has an established and proven delivery strategy to keep projects on track. His approach is quality-focused, with an emphasis on consistency, best practice, and technical excellence.
Mai Mai Steele
Chief Commercial Officer
Mai has 9 years of experience as a senior project manager at one of the largest content translation companies in the UK. Experience in HR, Project Management and Marketing has led to her working in numerous operational roles with a hands-on approach to managing multiple projects.
