Silver

Includes everything in Bronze, plus 24/7 emergency out-of-hours support for critical incidents, security updates, one day of training per year, 24 days of development activities per year and one day of strategic consultancy per year.

Gold

Includes everything in Silver, with expanded capacity: 24/7 proactive monitoring, two days of training per year, 50 days of development activities per year and two days of strategic consultancy per year.

Platinum

Our most comprehensive tier. Includes everything in Gold, with maximum capacity: four days of training per year, 96 days of development activities per year and four days of strategic consultancy per year. Suited to organisations where technology is business-critical and ongoing development is a continuous requirement.
