As our Regional Growth & Partnerships Lead, you’ll be on the ground in Leeds, leveraging your network, attending key events, and building relationships to drive meaningful growth. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who excels at connecting with people and creating lasting value.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the tech community to build meaningful relationships, enhance visibility, and drive business opportunities and partnerships.
- Leverage your existing network to identify potential clients and collaborators, driving new revenue streams.
- Attend industry events and meetups to connect with key decision-makers, stay informed on market trends, and uncover strategic growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with our technical capabilities, create tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen our market position, expand service offerings, and deliver long-term value for clients and The Curve.
- Provide market insights and feedback to refine strategies, stay competitive, and align services with the needs of the tech ecosystem.
- Utilise our CRM, HubSpot, to track interactions, manage relationships, and optimise engagement strategies for business growth.
About You:
- Have a well established tech network within Leeds and are recognised as a key connector in the local industry.
- Are a proactive and outgoing relationship-builder who thrives on being “on the ground” and meeting people face-to-face.
- Have a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships, business development, or similar roles.
- Understand the Leeds tech ecosystem and can identify opportunities to deliver value for clients and partners.
- Are a confident communicator who inspires trust and credibility in every interaction.
- Combine a strategic mindset with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
