At The Curve we offer a variety of employee benefits ranging from extra holiday days to support with employee healthcare and wellbeing. Below are a few examples of the type of benefit we offer our employees, to ensure they work and enjoy being a part of The Curve’s journey. Tech Scheme
Techscheme works exactly the same as the cycle scheme but it’s for tech! With the techscheme employees can expect to save between 2 and 12% on tech purchases (depending on the rate of tax).
Cycle Scheme
The Cyclescheme is an employee benefit that allows you to save 25 – 39% on bicycles and accessories. You pay nothing upfront and payments are taken tax efficiently from your salary by your employer.
Health & Wellbeing
Employees can file expense claims for health and wellbeing related purchases, such as gym memberships, eye tests, physical therapies etc – limited to £50 per calendar month.
Unlimited Training &
Development
Employees can benefit from the Udemy training courses in order to enhance and improve their skills and knowledge.
Our Internships
Whilst we do not have a specific intern program, we are always happy to offer intern placements and opportunities to those within the local technology and education systems.
