Optimising Operations at Alexandra Park and Palace Charitable Trust
Opened in 1873, Alexandra Palace is a Grade II listed entertainment and sports venue in London and often referred to as “Ally Pally” with around five million people visiting the park and venue each year.
With many disparate systems and processes the Trust sought to streamline systems and processes to enhance efficiency and better support its mission.
The Curve conducted a series of discoveries and provided consultancy inefficiencies and manual effort involved in operating the existing processes and disparate systems.
By conducting a comprehensive discovery that covered the entire operation (charitable trust and commercial arm), The Curve put in place a comprehensive technology roadmap to reduce operating costs, streamline processes and improve the day-to-day operations of the trust and palace.
This partnership has empowered Alexandra Park and Palace to enhance its operations and continue making a meaningful impact.
