Enhancing Scheduling Efficiency for Doctor Care Anywhere

Doctor Care Anywhere is an online video and telephone General Practitioner  appointment booking service. The service can be used anytime, on any device and from anywhere in the world.

Doctor Care Anywhere sought to optimise appointment scheduling for 15- and 20-minute durations based on patient conditions, requiring an efficient algorithm within their existing architecture.

The Curve conducted an in-depth analysis and developed a proof of concept to demonstrate the feasibility of a tailored scheduling algorithm. This included addressing the technological challenges posed by their current system.

This project demonstrated how innovative solutions can address complex challenges and drive operational improvements in healthcare and provided Doctor Care Anywhere with the data to progress the project further.
