A Discovery Workshop is where a customer comes to us with an idea or a problem, thinks that technology might be able to fix it, but doesn’t know what sort of tech or how to deploy it etc.

So we run highly collaborative sessions in our Innovations Lab. We do this to really get to the bottom of the problem, what the customer is trying to achieve and why.

We start by understanding all the People, Tools and Processes involved within each aspect of the business as well as understanding the complete data flow within the organisation. After our discovery sessions we ensure clients go away with a much better understanding of their priorities and possible solutions to challenges.

The key purpose of a discovery session is to review and cover all possible areas of the project to help ensure that no issues or surprises arise during later planning or development stages of the project.

Typically, the design phase of a digital project sees our team taking the discovery report created as part of the discovery stage, into design. From this point, we will quickly start to see key areas of the product or solution, such as the user interface design, user workflows and technology choices coming together.

We break down the Client’s project into small iterations, each with its own set of requirements and budget. Each iteration is intended to provide measurable business value, whilst lowering risk and reduce assumptions throughout the build phase.
