However, there are times when issues will arise without warning. In these cases, our team will be alerted to any issues via our monitoring systems.

The Enhanced Support Service covers uptime monitoring, scaling, and management and is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm, and includes 24 x 7 emergency out-of-hours support for Priority 1 (Critical) incidents.

Our Team is on hand to ensure the utmost in service, availability, and reliability. Your single monthly price covers all service support. The Curve uses a ticketing system so we can track all service issues in an accountable way, enabling us to provide proactive and efficient service.
