EkkoSense, a specialist in real-time thermal and energy performance management, and works with a vast network of IoT devices deployed across critical infrastructure environments. As their technology matured, they began to experience increasing pressure on their ability to manage devices remotely—especially during large-scale OS rollouts and edge deployments.

To help overcome these challenges, EkkoSense brought in The Curve for focused consultancy around IoT operations. The collaboration centred on improving the way software updates were deployed to devices in the field and exploring better strategies for managing distributed edge deployments.

Through a series of workshops and hands-on support, The Curve helped EkkoSense introduce improvements to their update workflows and system architecture. This has enabled smoother operating system releases and better fleet coordination. The changes have already delivered noticeable gains, and further enhancements are planned as EkkoSense continues to scale its offering.
