Operating largely as a paper-based organisation, most documentation had to be filed and held at the head office in order to progress client cases to the next stage of their application which typically involved handing over physical documents to another team member.
This approach caused inefficiencies, delays, and administrative burdens. The Curve collaborated with Prospera to design a digital solution tailored to their operations while ensuring adaptability for future process changes.
The Curve developed a system that allows advisors to input and update case information digitally during client appointments using an iPad. This eliminated the need for physical document handling, significantly reducing administrative workload and improving efficiency. The system ensures data consistency and accessibility, supporting Prospera’s transition toward a paperless office. As a result, The Curve continues to work with Prospera on additional digital transformation initiatives.
