Empowering Employment is for Everyone with a Platform Solution

The social movement, Employment is for Everyone (EifE) seeks to increase work options and opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. Employment is for Everyone who works to collaborate with and support organisations and employers that are inclusive.

EifE needed to develop their website to function as a platform, enabling greater engagement with employers and companies. Being a social movement, it was essential to ensure that automation and self-service capabilities for news, job postings, and contact management were as efficient as possible was essential.

The Curve conducted a discovery phase to define the platform’s requirements, focusing on automation and streamlined self-service features to maximise efficiency and impact.

This project set the foundation for a scalable, user-friendly platform to support EifE’s mission of driving social change in employment.
