Joining Sify at the Cloud & AI Infrastructure London 2025

Jake and I recently had the opportunity to attend the Cloud & AI Infrastructure London 2025. This event brought together top industry leaders, innovators, and professionals from across the cloud and AI sectors to explore the latest advancements in technology and infrastructure. Held at the Excel Arena, it was a hive of activity throughout the two days we were there.

After grabbing a coffee at another event in London a few weeks prior, Jason Polley from Sify kindly extended an offer for us to join them at the event, after we had previously collaborated on a project for Alexandra Palace. With this invitation, we had the opportunity to showcase the power of collaboration between our companies and discuss the innovative work we’re able to offer together.

Cloud computing and AI are two of the most dynamic and fast-evolving technologies in the tech industry, and the Cloud & AI Infrastructure London 2025 event provided a platform to delve into the future of these technologies. From data storage to AI-driven analytics, the event covered a wide range of topics that highlighted the increasing role of AI and cloud infrastructure in business transformation and wider technology projects and products.

There were talks throughout the day on how businesses are leveraging cloud infrastructure to streamline operations, enhance scalability, and drive innovation, as well as the latest AI advancements shaping industries like healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. One talk titled “Driving A Global Digital and AI Transformation” was particularly insightful and featured topics from automating routine tasks to enabling real-time decision-making, where AI was highlighted as a game-changer for organisations across all industries.

Being on the stand with Sify was a great reminder of the value of strong partnerships. Working together to share insights and discuss the future of the industry highlighted how vital strategic partnerships are in this rapidly evolving sector.

Overall the event was a great mix of people: students seeking career advice or job opportunities, entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses, those exploring collaboration opportunities, and individuals eager to learn more about the tech world. It was our first experience on a stand at this kind of event, and was both enjoyable and exhausting, but the connections made and the insights gained were worth the sore back and feet!

And, of course, a quick note on the price of a cereal bar at the event – £3.75! A bit of a shock, but part of the conference experience!

The event definitely reinforced the importance of staying ahead of the curve in the tech industry. The incredible pace of innovation in cloud computing and AI is transforming how businesses operate and deliver value, and it’s an exciting time to be part of this ecosystem working alongside some fantastic partners!
