Our teams strive to ensure your services are always operational and functional. We proactively monitor systems and services ensuring we are alerted to any issues which may affect service. We use several automated systems to monitor the health and availability of your services. Our systems will also detect and notify us of most system bugs or errors.
Our team is automatically alerted to any early warning signs of an outage or an issue. Our goal is, wherever possible, to mitigate and prevent any issues by taking proactive steps. However, there are times when issues will arise without warning. In these cases, our team will be alerted to any issues via our monitoring systems.
Our Support Services
Business Hours Support Service
The Business Hours Support Service covers uptime monitoring, scaling, and management. Business Hours Support Services are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm excluding weekends and public holidays.
Enhanced Support Service
The Enhanced Support Service covers uptime monitoring, scaling, and management and is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm, and includes 24 x 7 emergency out-of-hours support for Priority 1 (Critical) incidents.
Remote Support
Our Team is on hand to ensure the utmost in service, availability, and reliability. Your single monthly price covers all service support. The Curve uses a ticketing system so we can track all service issues in an accountable way, enabling us to provide proactive and efficient service.
Advanced Performance Monitoring
Our proactive service monitoring ensures all critical cloud and solution services are healthy and functioning reliably and optimally.
Quarterly Service Health Review
We schedule a quarterly service review that focuses on issues that are important to the ongoing performance of your service.
